Our client requires a HR and Training Advisor reporting to the Head of HR and working in partnership with managers and staff providing day to day HR advice, guidance and support on a wide range of HR policy, practice and employment law matters. Managing the training function and the design and delivery as required. You will offer operational support and advice and have strong employment law and employee relations knowledge. Team management - take direct responsibility of a small team. Main duties include supporting the recruitment function with job descriptions and placing job adverts. Advising managers on recruitment process, interviewing as required, advising on employment terms and condictions, policies and procedures, advising on all aspects of performance management including induction and probation. Deputising for the head of HR in their abscence and undertaking any other HR tasks as required. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THIS ROLS IS ESSENTIAL. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START AT SHORT NOTICE.
