I am looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join my client in Benfleet. This is a permanent full time position working for a nice family run company which has recently expanded due to their continued success.
This position would ideally suite someone with a pro active approach who is able to work well in a team environment and has good communication skills. You will also need to be computer literate with experience of using Sage Line 50 or other accounting packages.
As Accounts Manager you will be responsible for:
The company banking
Managing petty cash
Liaising with suppliers regarding payments
Purchase ledger invoice and payment entry
Sales ledger payment receipts
Bank reconciliations
Nominal ledger journals
You will also be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that invoices are despatched correctly and that paper trails are correctly maintained. We are looking for someone who is AAT or CIMA part qualified at least.
