To develop, negotiate, maintain and monitor sales of product and associated services within the companies client base, whilst ensuring high levels of communications are maintained at all times
To generate new sales opportunities within the remits of the product and guaranteeing a completely satisfying start to finish service to both existing and new customers
Continually demonstrating, marketing and promoting the most up-to-date improvements and developments of the companies ranges, whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service, client rapport and working procedures are regularly rationalized and developed
Proactively pursue new business and development opportunities, whilst adhering to the Company’s Policies and Procedures at all times
To manage and prioritise workload while ensuring that the realistic sales targets are met and exceeded
The identification of customer requirements and preparing written proposals, contracts and price matrices to deliver cost effective solutions to the business
Ensure internal and external requirements plus stakeholders expectations are managed and met continuously
Deliver presentations in a confident and professional manner to both internal and external stakeholders
Control, research and develop all opportunities which will bring significant profit to the Company’s bottom line
Ensure competent planning and development of bids/offers across the whole sales cycle
To maintain secure hand over of orders to client services, and provide first line customer support
