Our client, based on the outskirts of Basildon are seeking a trainee HR Advisor to work closely with HR Manager. You will be a graduate (ideally HR graduate) or have some practical HR experience (must be A Level educated/degree or equivalent). This is a fantastic opportunity to put your HR studies into practice and to learn on the job within a busy HR function. Duties will involve recruitment, all HR policies/procedures and advisory work.
