My client is a well-established and growing debt recovery company based in central Southend. Due to new contracts being awarded, they are recruiting for a number of new positions within their customer service department.
My client is looking for confident individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to take control of a conversation in order to achieve desired results. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a call centre environment, ideally making outbound calls, but the right attitude is just as important. If you are able to work well to targets and strive to succeed, you could earn bonuses of up to £4000 a year on top of a generous basic salary.
As a Collections/Debt Recovery advisor you would be responsible for contacting customers to arrange repayments towards outstanding credit/store card balances, as such strong negotiation skills are also essential. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8-4 and 12-8 alternating weeks with approximately one in three Saturdays.
