Collections Team Leader
Southend, Essex
Up to £22,000
My client is a very successful and well established Debt Management Company located in central Southend with good benefits and close to the train and bus stations.
Currently, they have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Collections Team Leader. They are looking for someone who is a quick learner, able to inspire, drive and support their team to consistently achieve targets. Your main task is to ensure working procedures are adhered to and to manage a small but very busy team. You will need to be computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have previous experience of leading and supervising a team ideally within a collections or debt recovery position or alternatively, as a customer service or call centre team leader.
