Our Client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a dedicated team of inbound and outbound callers. Hours of work are 9am-6pm Mon-fri and 9am-1pm alternate Saturdays. Previous team leading experience is essential. You will be required to manage your team ensure that all matters are dealt with professionally and efficently. Motivated your team, deal with all queries and ensure the smooth running of the call centre. Excellent opportunity. Previous team leading experience is essential.
