My client is a large financial services company based in Basildon Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join their busy Call Centre. This client is relocating their call centre within six months to Chelmsford so you must be prepared to work in Chelmsford.
This is a brand new position and requires someone with previous call centre / customer service experience who has strong team leader / supervisory skills. You will ideally have a banking / financial services background, although this is not essential.
As Call Centre Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting with the daily management and motivation of team of customer service representatives. As well as ensuring that the team meets service level agreements and KPI’s you will also be involved with staff appraisals, identifying training needs and maintaining accurate sickness and holiday records.
In order to apply for this position you must have previous experience as a Call Centre Team Leader / Supervisor.
