Client Relationship Support Officer

£20,000 - £30,000
This is a permanent full time position based in Basildon with a leading Financial Services Company. As Client Relationship Support Officer you will be required to provide support to the Client Relationship Manager in their daily client requirements and communication.
My client is looking for someone who is IAQ qualified (or the equivalent) or commitment to study for IAQ or equivalent. You will also need basic keyboard skills, awareness of MS Office packages, good verbal reasoning and numeric skills and ability to analyse and appraise work to identify areas of concern than could lead to risk. Previous experience of the financial services investment industry is preferred.
Specific responsibilities for this position include:
Obtaining detailed understandings of client ‘s business / products / requirements
Assisting with organisation and preparation of regular monthly operational and quarterly relationship meetings
Assisting with the monitoring of monthly invoicing
Being the contact point for day to day issues raised by clients, liaising daily with all administration areas to ensure service is delivered within service level agreements
Preparing client corporate event calendar and schedule
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and experience of the banking / finance industry to work for a leading Essex company. This role would ideally suit someone who has worked within Client Services in a previous position or someone who has worked in a customer services / call centre environment and is now looking for a more challenging and personable role.
