Investment Product Administrator
Basildon
£16,000
My client is a large financial services company based in Basildon. They are currently looking for a Knowledge Management Administrator to join their busy knowledge management team.
The duties include:
• Be a product expert for the team.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to all team members.
• Communicate product upgrades to management and the team via appropriate methods.
• Ensure accurate and effective information is provided to both internal and external customers.
• Meet regularly with line manager and team to discuss issues and ideas.
• Ensure processes and procedures are appropriately controlled and monitored to provide effective and accurate content.
• Respond positively and professionally to service failures, keeping managers and team leaders informed and ensuring that all issues are clearly understood and communicated.
• Provide support and documentation for regular documented reviews of individual performance, training plans and coaching sessions
• Prepare and deliver training documentation.
Knowledge and experience within the Investment Industry in essential, as well as at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above. Product knowledge such as PEPs, ISAs, Bonds, OEICs, Unit Trusts or Pensions is required too.
Regular contact with the rest of the company, management team, and external management companies is a key part of this role, so good communication and customer skills are essential.
