Call Centre Manager
Basildon, Essex
£25,000 - £35,000 Approx
My client is a well respected financial services company based in Basildon.
They are currently looking for an experienced individual to manage their Call Centre area. This will include managing a number of different team leaders and teams, including call centre, telephone dealing, written enquirers, and accounting staff.
Experience on a management level is compulsory and a good knowledge of the financial services is preferred, but not totally necessary.
They are ideally looking for a candidate who has managed a call centre previously in financial institutions, such as banks or investment companies.
The following skills are also required:
Operational Management.
Senior Management The successful candidate MUST have experience in managing team leaders and other supervisory staff.
Service Delivery ensuring the company meets client expectation in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Develop and Improve Communication to ensure the company operationally meet business requirements
Process Management to ensure processes and procedures are appropriately controlled, monitored and documented.
Develop & Improve Client Relations with specific emphasis on client and investor satisfaction.
