Key Skills description:
The Sales Development Executive one of 3 is responsible for identifying opportunities from our prospect database and on behalf of the sales teams contacting them by telephone with an initial presentation of the companies range of products and services. Once receptive the leads will be passed to the relevant teams for follow up.
The job has a number of set tasks which need to be completed on a regular basis. The team are also responsible for a number of ad-hoc projects which can be dropped in at any time. This role would ideally suit someone with outbound call centre experience or someone with sales support experience who is looking to move into an entry level sales position, Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and outlook, Experience working in a customer service type role, Ability to manage diary to maximise time at the telephone interface, Flair for spotting business opportunity and developing working relationships
