Debt Recovery / Collections Agents – Southend, Essex
£13,000 - £14,000 + target related bonuses up to £3,000
My client is a successful Debt Management company located in central Southend. They are well established and expanding however retain a small business attitude of putting staff welfare and development at the forefront of their business.
Ideally they are looking to recruit candidates who have solid and previous credit control, collections or debt recovery experience. They will also consider those will call centre, telesales or telephone based experience.
Successful candidates will be target driven, hold strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident telephone manner.
As this company continue to grow and expand, opportunities to progress will exist and this provides excellent career opportunity for the right candidate.
Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and 12:00pm to 8:00pm on alternate weeks.
