| Function •Work as a Principle Recruitment Consultant focussing on both Permanent and Contracting recruitment across the European IT sector. Responsibilities •Generating new business leads (Cold Calling) and develop existing client relationships. •Developing and maintaining a high level of recruitment activity •Act as a role model for senior and sales consultants. •Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates. •Taking detailed job specifications. •Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates. •Developing new business relationships to enhance Darwin Recruitment’s reputation across the European IT sector. •Using sales skills to negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process. •Extensive planning and time management. Experience/Skills Required •Minimum of 3 Years IT Recruitment Experience. •Must have billings of £250k in a 12 month period Salary •30K + commission £0 – 15K – 17.5% £15 – 20K – 25% £20 + - 35% |
