| Function •Work as a Recruitment Consultant focussing on both Permanent and Contracting recruitment across the European IT sector. Responsibilities •Generating new business leads (Cold Calling) and developing existing client relationships. •Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates. •Taking detailed job specifications. •Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates. •Using sales skills to negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process. •Extensive planning and time management. Experience/Skills Required •One - Two years experience within a sales environment and a minimum of A-Level education or equivalent OR •University Graduate looking to build a career in recruitment AND •Any recruitment experience highly desirable but not essential •Cold calling experience highly desirable but not essential •Desire to work in a highly competitive targeted sales environment. Extensive training is provided Salary •£15K - £18K dependant on experience + Commission Commission Structure: £0 – £10,000 = 10% £11,000 – £15,000 = 15% £16,000 – £20,000 = 20% £21,000 + = 25% **Realistic earnings that have been reached in the past for a Trainee Consultant and Recruitment Consultant 1st year 25K 2nd Year 35K 3rd Year 70K |
