| Estate Agent - Branch Manager Our client a very successful estate agent is seeking an property branch manger to oversee and develop an existing branch dealing with residential property sales in the local area. You will need a solid background in the Estate Agency Industry, It is essential that you are either currently a sales manager or senior negotiator within the estate agency industry looking for their next step, or you could already be a successful branch manager, looking for a new challenge. Main duties will include: To manage the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services. To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets In conjunction with the Managing Director, the setting and reviewing of office and personal targets Motivating staff with incentives and rewards Holding 1:1 review meetings, identifying development needs Implementing agreed business plans Listing and selling properties Ensuring business is compliant Carrying out valuations The role requires weekend work and a full understanding of the property industry. This particular agent is part of a large independent group and very successful in the local area. Salary 25-30k basic with uncapped commission and company car. |
