| Large Well Known Estate Agent requires experienced Mortgage Advisor. For this role you will need CEMAP qualifications 1,2 and 3. as well as experience selling mortgages, ideally in an Estate Agent although General Financial services industry will also be considered. Working with a successful Property sales team you will be working towards targets to sell appropriate packages to a range of clients entering the Estate Agency Branch, whether this be first time buyers, buy to let, investors or clients with mortgages inplace looking to change to accommodate a property move. You will generate your own leads, although a number of leads will come from the property negotiators also. Manage your own diary of appointments, work both in the office and meeting clients within their property. You will need to accurately ascertain your clients needs and sell mortgage packages from a panel of lenders. This is a target driven commissioned based role. Salary basic 20k with uncapped commission and company car. |
