| Estate Agency Sales Manager or Solid Senior Neg with Valuations experience required by independent estate agency Working in a small team you wil be reporting to the branch manager to successfully encourage and drive the sales team forward, Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors. Meet vendors, list property, provide property instructions to administrators. Follow up any leads to list further property. Negotiate fees. Actively seek new business, making further market appraisals and regular keep an eye on competitors Role is paying 17k basic with commission and company car. |
