Our Client is a well respected financial services organisation with a strong presence within Essex. Due to their continuing growth, they are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong customer focus and exceptional administration and communication skills. Previous experience within banking / investments / financial services is an advantage, but not essential.
As a Letter Writing Administrator you will be responsible for resolving / investigating and responding to all customer queries which are sent in via email, fax and letter. You will be constructing formal letters that comply with company and FSA guidelines. As a result you will need to be articulate and computer literate. It is essential that you have previous letter writing experience.
