An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new innovative financial services company based in Southend. Although this company is a new addition to the market, they have a wealth of experience behind them in dealing with prime and subprime mortgages and other loan products.

My client is looking to recruit a Cemap qualified Mortgage Advisor to become part of their dynamic team. In return they can provide you with a competitive salary, fantastic working environment and lots of opportunity for further career progression.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, hard working and committed Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of one years market experience, have a proven ability to sell mortgages and to work towards targets. Additionally you will need to have experience in maximising sales and be able to provide evidence of your success, have a strong understanding of compliance within FSA guidelines and provide an excellent level of customer service. You will also need to be highly computer literate with good keyboard skills.
