My client is a leading information management company specialising in the medical industry. They are currently recruiting a number of positions within their Research department and are looking for people with previous outbound calling experience within sales, collections, credit control or telemarketing to join their team. As an employee-focussed business they offer working hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday, 25 days annual leave + other benefits as well as a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of up to £260.
Within the Research team you will be responsible for collecting up to date and accurate medical-related data in order to keep the database up to date and accurate. You will need to have a good eye for detail, be confident speaking on the phone and happy to work in a targeted environment. This is not a sales position as all you will be gathering is information from your contacts and they are always happy to provide the information so it is not a difficult task!
