As Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and dealing with queries and complaints in a pro active manner. You will need a confident and professional telephone manner with quick and accurate keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and effectively deal with a variety of queries from customers is essential for this customer services position.
To be considered for the role of Customer Services Representative, you MUST HAVE previous call centre experience and whilst knowledge of Unit Trusts, PEP’s and ISA’s is advantageous this is not essential as full training can be provided to applicants with a solid contact centre background.
