Our client is a well respected financial services company based in the heart of Basildon. They are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic contact centre team on a permanent full-time basis.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and dealing with queries and complaints in a pro active manner. You will need a confident and professional telephone manner with quick and accurate keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and effectively deal with a variety of queries from customers is essential for this customer services position.
To be considered for the role of Customer Services Advisor, you must have at least six months previous call centre / customer services experience and should be keen to further your career within call centre / customer services.
