| My client is a busy media based company that require a Project Researcher Hours – 9 – 5 Overview We are looking for a person that has a background in Qualitative and Quantitative Research. (University degree dissertation research will be considered only if relevant to job requirements) Proven experience of outbound cold calling is essential, coupled with the handling of data held on a database. The successful candidate will be used to working to very tight deadline, have previous experience dealing with bespoke Research Projects and data where accuracy is of a high importance. They should have a professional attitude coupled with a desire for accuracy. They will have excellent telephone skills and feel comfortable speaking with people on a professional level. Main Job Function: The main function of this position is to be part of the Research Team that deals with bespoke and Internal Projects. Speaking with a specific Professional sector at Managerial and Clinical Level. Main duties / Responsibilities • To call Managerial professionals at their place of work to ascertain non personal information and clinical opinion. • Ensure the correct data is captured and relevant to the requirements of our customers. • Make accurate amendments where necessary to the company Database. • Be aware of changes in the sector arena and apply information gained during research to the development of the all company products. Qualifications / Educational Requirements Educated to degree standard, but not essential if the candidate can prove recent relevant experience. Minimum requirement 5 GCSE’s A – C including Math and English.
