o Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access
o Good knowledge of SQL server
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Development of analysis tools and processes
o Client liaison and receipt of data files from clients
o Production of adhoc data extracts upon request
o Data analysis and reporting to meet client requirements
o Deal with client queries
o Provide cover for other roles in the team
o Excellent customer focus
o Strong team player with collaborative working skills
o Strong project management skills
o Clear ability to work effectively with data
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
