| Leading coaching and training 8 agents. This is predominantly inbound calls so it does not require a heavy sales approach. The role would be better suited to somebody from a finance background who had perhaps led and motivated a team of agents that have been required to upsell. There are 8 Team Leaders in total, the evening team leader will work 1.30-2200 - £2k shift allowance |
