Collections Team Leader
Southend, Essex
Up to £22,000

My client is a well established yet continually growing Debt Management Company located in central Southend. Although it is expanding, the company have managed to maintain a small business attitude where staff welfare and development is seen as crucial to their continued success.

My client has an exciting new vacancy for a Collections Team Leader who is capable of managing and driving a collections team forward. You will need to have previous experience of supervising a team within a debt recovery / collections environment or have worked as a Customer Service Team Leader or Call Centre Team Leader, ideally working within strict targets.

Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and 12:00pm to 8:00pm on alternate weeks. You will also need to be prepared to work some Saturday mornings as overtime.

As Collections Team Leader, you will need to be computer literate with excellent written and oral communication skills. You should be enthusiastic, goal focused, energetic and determined with the ability to inspire your team to achieve targets.
