To assist in the arrangement and set up for customer related and internal meetings for the team. Administration of proposal and contract management tasks. Administration of project management systems such as Microsoft Project and internal spreadsheets. Creating invoice instructions. Producing and/or co-ordinating various management and financial reports.
You should be:
An experienced personal assistant-ideally with project management skills
A highly organised team player able to communicate with a wide variety of people with confidence
Ideally experienced of working within a sales team
Fully competent in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn new software packages
Able to multi task and prioritise several tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner
Able to produce accurate reports, with intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills.
You will also reside close to Basildon, Essex.
PA support experience is essential.
