Job Description
Software engineer position that will involve taking mathematically complex algorithms and implementing them in software (C/C++). The technology is truly leading edge and will typically not be seen on the shelf for another 2 years. There are 4 software engineer teams you could be placed with, individually focusing on Video, Communications, 3D graphics and Verification (in a group of 30 engineers, currently 5 software engineer vacancies). Your educational background may be from Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Electronics, software skills should include a good standard of C or C++ (they use both). Experienced and recent graduate software engineers are encouraged to apply.
Position: Software Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire 20 min commute from Euston (Central London)
Salary: £25-37k

Key Skills: C or C++, maths (likely A level or further qualification), Degree qualified.
Desirable (NOT essential) skills: Video, Communications, 3D graphics, Verification, mathematical software development, Electronics, Embedded Systems, development of test environments.
