Job Description

Our Client supplies personal lines solutions to affinity and niche schemes and corporations. They are looking to grow and develop their strong client base and take advantage of the huge possibilities for growth which exist.

The role is account manage several existing schemes with a view to build on the existing base and grow the business, as well as to identify and develop new niche market and affinity schemes. It involves managing existing, as well as developing new, partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities: You would work with the Marketing Manager to maximise the return from the marketing budget and work with existing affinities to develop new relationships. You would identify and develop new schemes and opportunities and undertake potential market and partner reviews. Also to develop a sales strategy and monitor progress of new schemes post launch. You would work closely with existing schemes to ensure retention targets are met and oversee cross-sell and up-sell campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • €¢ Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • €¢ Good experience and understanding of the personal insurance market – schemes/affinity experience beneficial

  • €¢ Creative thinking and proven problem solving skills

  • €¢ Experience of managing business relationships and ideally, of developing new schemes
