Job Description
One of the most prestigious Lloyd\'s Syndicate with Insurance and Reinsurance operations worldwide requires a Senior Audit professional with exposure to the Lloyd\'s market and ideally, a Big 4 background. As a Senior member of the internal audit department, you will take responsibility for audits and assume a role of importance with the team.
This is an opportunity not to be missed; this firm will cement their position within the global insurance industry and as the market turns, the opportunities for the right candidate will open up, both in the UK and globally.
Working either independently or in a team with an Auditor and Group Audit Manager, you will undertake the delivery of high quality, commercially focussed audits that fulfil the audit objectives, manages client expectations and identifies key risk areas. The scope of work will include the review of the effectiveness of the control environment on underwriting and operational activity and compliance with the laws and regulations.
Reviews will encompass the scoping and planning phase through to the production of reports for senior management, providing an important contribution to management controls.
You will plan and deliver audits throughout the firm whilst maintaining and developing strong and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
The role will pay up to £65,000 with a market-leading package on top (15% bonus). The role will encompass 10/15% global travel. Apply without hesitation or contact (see below) for more information.
