• Vacancy Title: School Workforce Census Officer

• What’s involved:

Reporting to the Schools’ HR Manager be responsible for the successful implementation of the Schools Workforce Census (SWC) throughout the school community and the relevant parts of the Local Authority.

1. To liaise with all 84 schools ensuring they are aware of the requirements and responsibilities and facilitating their data input as appropriate

2. Working with the HR Managers from Children’s Services and Culture & Community directorates, assist them with the identification of central posts covered by the SWC and facilitating their data input as appropriate

3. To be responsible for SWC briefings, both written and verbal

4. To prepare and present reports on the SWC to the SWC Project Board and DMT as appropriate

5. To work with the Principal HR Adviser responsible for Collect data transfer ensuring all data is transferred in timely fashion

- previous experience of gathering personnel data across a large, multi-site organisation

- full driver's licence plus use of a vehicle

• Pay Rate: £17.29 ph Limited Co (estimated and tbc) or £14.41 ph PAYE (+ paid holidays)
