- Full Description:
Your role will include the customisation of customer radios as required. You will carry out sample aircheck tests on inbound sets. You will Audit, train and support production expertise as required, to ensure products meet the quality standard. Manage staff to effect customisation, repairs and modifications to products as required by the Chief Operations Officer. You will ensure that security of k, TEI pairs, SCKs and any Tetra algorithms is maintained in the Customisation Area, provide and operate to a budget, achieve a high quality of loading keys and customisation and ensure products are customised to meet customer service/delivery targets. You must have strong motivation to achieve Customer Service targets.
